The pace quickens, and last week I returned to mainland Europe: Bruges, Belgium. A very walkable city and one of three towns described as "the Venice of the North". The 'tools' are chocolates...

Edinburgh
At the top of nearby hills is "Arthur's Seat". Meanwhile Edinburgh is hectic with the Fringe Festival. The comedy has been funny and the drama intense, but the weather Scotch and thus these are better pics...

From Ireland to Scotland
Travelling... concluded the drive around Ireland and caught the ferry from Belfast to Cairnryan, then buses, trains, Glasgow. Uncooperative weather this last few days.
